On November 29, 2020 Golden Southern Lion Netcasting Ceremony– the first specialized and entertaining major online movie and television event of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area– will be held at Louvre Constellation Plaza in Foshan. By then, numerous big names in the online movie and television industry, high-box-office online movie and television teams, and crews and performers of over 20 hot online movies and TV plays will be present to light up Foshan’s evening together.

This event is a grand gathering of big names and stars, including representatives of RMB ten-million class box office authoritative and professional crews of online movies and TV plays, such as Xiang Bros Studios’ CEO Xiang Shuiliu and Qishuyouyu’s founder Dong Guanjie, and many famous actors or actresses and stars like national treasure-class artist Stchingowa, “Big Sister” Xu Dongdong, Jet Li’s “son” Xie Miao, and “Green Gang Lady” Fu-He Anqi. In addition, well-known stars like Shao Bing, Benny Chan, Suet Lam, Kiton Jiang and Lam Tze Chung will send their blessings and expectations for the event through videos.

Rao Shuguang - former Secretary-general of the China Film Association, Chairman of the China Film Critics Association and Deputy Director of the Film Theoretical Critics Committee of the China Film Association will serve as chairman of the review panel; Xiang Yang - Vice Chairman and Secretary-general of the Committee for the Promotion of Cooperation in TV (Online) Play Production and Broadcasting of the China Television Artists Association, A Lang - senior reporter, movie critic and Movie View Chief Editor, Huang Xufeng - Factory Gate Films’ founder, and Zhao Chen - Zongheng Literature’s Vice President will serve as final reviewers.

Constellation Plaza– A charming culture and art palace
For its first edition, this event chooses Louvre Constellation Plaza as its venue, which is a perfect combination of movie and television art and architectural art. The plaza is the first ultra-large European-style indoor plaza of China, with a total area of 5,200 square meters, built by Louvre Furnishings at an investment of RMB 200 million over five years. There are mosaic patterns of 11 constellations made from high-grade marble on the floor, and a huge cyclonic steel structure building stands at the center, extending from the floor to the ceiling, forming the largest constellation of the plaza – Aquarius, being the origin of the name “Constellation Plaza”. The walls on the four sides integrate ancient Greek- and Roman-style colonnades, Baroque, and many other architectural forms. This grand and elegant complex brings great visual enjoyment.
Since the completion of Constellation Plaza in 2015, achievement sharing sessions of global architectural masters, new product releases of furniture design masters, world-class collection exhibitions, state-level and world-class awards ceremonies, economist academic lectures, art appreciations of big names, music tastings, etc. have been held here for its solid strength and attractive appearance.
